what you'll need:

» cabbage » onion » bell pepper » chicken breast » butter » garlic » soy sauce » oyster sauce » udon noodles

prepare the ingredients

Cut the cabbage into rough pieces and the onions and bell peppers into thin slices. Cut the chicken into bitesize pieces.

Make garlic butter

Heat a wok on medium, once hot add the butter and garlic. Heat until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.

Cook the chicken

Cook the chicken breast in the garlic butter to flavour the surface.

Add the  vegetables

Once the chicken is sealed, add the vegetables, oyster sauce and half of the soy sauce. Fry until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Add the noodles

Add the precooked udon noodles to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes.

Season the noodles

Add the rest of the soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper to the noodles. Stir fry for 1 more minute.

Dish up and garnish

Serve up and for an optional garnish, drizzle with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped spring onion!
