» pork chops » salt and pepper » flour » egg » milk » panko breadcrumbs » brown sugar » oil for deep frying

Tonkatsu sauce:

» Worcestershire sauce » ketchup » soy sauce » brown sugar » white sesame seeds

Mix the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, light brown sugar and sesame seeds in a small bowl.

Season and tenderize

Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the pork and pound the pork until approximately 2cm thick.

Coat the pork with a light layer of flour, then egg (mixed with a little milk and oil) then firmly press the panko on the surface.

Fry the pork cutlets at 170°C (340°F) for 4 minutes on each side.
