This delicious tofu donburi is made with crispy cubes of firm tofu coated in a sticky teriyaki glaze served with pan fried green onions and bell peppers over a bed of fluffy rice. It's seriously satisfying and ready in just 20 minutes!
Cube the bell pepper and diagonally slice the green onion, then fry with oil over a medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Heat the same pan on medium with plenty of oil and mix potato starch, salt and pepper in a tray. Once the pan is hot, coat the tofu with the starch and place it straight in the pan.
