» edamame » salt » sesame oil » oyster sauce » garlic » black pepper » dry chili (optional) » sesame seeds (optional)

Boil water

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 10g salt for every 1 liter.

Cut the ends

Wash the edamame and cut off the ends with scissors.

Rub with salt

Place the edamame in a bowl with salt and rub the surface to remove the hairs.

Boil

Boil for 5-7 minutes.

Drain

Once cooked, pour the edamame into a sieve or colander and shake to remove any excess water.

Fry

Heat a pan on medium. Once hot, add sesame oil and the boiled edamame.

Glaze

Add the oyster sauce and garlic paste and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with black pepper and dish up topped with dry chili or sesame seeds. Enjoy!
