» dry spaghetti » water » salt » baking soda

Boil a pot of water

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add salt. (Make sure there is 1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta.)

Add baking soda and pasta

Add the baking soda and mix until it has dissolved. Then, add the pasta and boil for 2 minutes longer than the time stated on the packaging.

Drain and serve
