Boil water

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tsp of salt for every liter of water. This will be for the pasta.

1

Fry sausages

Heat a large pan on medium and add olive oil. Once hot, add the hot dog sausages and fry for 1-2 minutes.

2

Add vegetables

Add the onions and fry for 2 minutes, then add the bell peppers and mushrooms and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

3

Add ketchup

Add the ketchup and lower the heat to stop it from burning. Mix well.

4

Remove from heat

Add Worcestershire sauce and butter, and mix well. Once the butter has melted, remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

5

Cook the pasta

Once the pot of water has come to a rolling boil, add the pasta and boil for the time stated on the packaging.

6

Fry the eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs over a medium heat with a pinch of salt and pepper.

7

Add the pasta

Return the pan to a medium heat and add the pasta and a few tbsp of pasta water. Warm through, add more ketchup, a sprinkle of parmesan and mix well.

8

Serve

Serve with a fried egg and a sprinkle of dry parsley. Enjoy!
