what you'll need:

» dried baby shrimp » green onion » shrimp » asparagus » salt and pepper » green cabbage » beansprouts » pre-boiled udon noodles

Shio lemon sauce:

» salt & pepper » sugar » soy sauce » sake » garlic paste » sesame oil » lemon juice and zest » chicken bouillon powder » sesame seeds » green onion

Make the sauce

Mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside for later.

Flavor the oil

Heat a wok on medium and add cooking oil. Once hot, add dried baby shrimp and green onions and fry for 1 minutes.

Fry shrimp & asparagus

Add the shrimp and asparagus and fry for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.

Add the rest of the vegetables

Add the cabbage and beansprouts and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the noodles

Push everything to one side of the pan and add the pre-boiled udon noodles to the empty space. Fry until they come apart easily and can be mixed with everything else.

Add sauce

Once the noodles are heated through, pour in the sauce from earlier and mix until evenly distributed.

Serve

Plate up and garnish with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
