Ingredients:

Fry the salmon

Heat a pan on medium and add unsalted butter. Once melted, add the salmon and fry until cooked all the way through.

Make flakes

Break the salmon into small flakes and add soy sauce. Stir fry until all of the soy sauce is absorbed.

Transfer

Transfer the seasoned salmon flakes to a large heatproof bowl.

Combine

Add the cooked rice, sesame seeds and green onions and mix until evenly distributed.

Assemble

Sprinkle your onigiri mold (or damp hands) with salt and shape the rice into a triangle.

Serve

Once shaped, wrap with nori and enjoy!
