what you'll need:

» dashi stock » dried wakame seaweed » fried tofu pouch (sliced) » firm tofu (cubed) » red miso paste » soy sauce » finely chopped green onion

Heat dashi

Pour the dashi into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over a medium heat.

Add tofu pouch and wakame

Add the sliced tofu pouch and dried wakame and bring to a boil once more. Once boiling, lower the heat to a simmer.

Add tofu & miso

Add the tofu and warm it through. Turn off the heat and submerge the miso into the soup using a mesh spoon. Whisk until distributed into the soup. Add a dash of soy sauce and mix.

Serve

Divide into serving bowls and top with finely chopped green onion (optional). Enjoy!
