what you'll need:

» garlic chives » eggs  » oyster sauce » Chinese style chicken bouillon powder » salt & pepper » sugar » shichimi togarashi (optional)

Whisk eggs

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add oyster sauce, chicken bouillon powder, salt, sugar and pepper. Whisk until combined and set by the stove.

Flash fry chives

Heat a wok on high and add a little cooking oil. Once hot, fry the garlic chives for 30 seconds.

Combine

Transfer the chives to the egg mixture and mix. Add a little more oil to the pan and pour the mixture back in.

Fry

Scramble the egg until almost cooked and then remove it from the heat. (Be careful not to overcook.)

Serve

Transfer to a serving place and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi.  Enjoy as a side or over rice!
