These luxuriously creamy Japanese Nama Chocolates will melt in your mouth! They're super easy to make, only require 5 ingredients and make the perfect gift.
4 hrs 10 mins
Cut the chocolate
Finely cut the chocolate into flakes. The smaller the flakes, the easier it will melt.
Heat the cream
Combine the cream, butter and liquor (if using). Heat in the microwave in 20-30 second intervals until about 70 °C (158 °F).
(Alternatively, heat in a saucepan on the stovetop.)
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for about 30 seconds. Stir until the melted chocolate and cream are combined.
Line a mold with baking paper and pour the chocolate mixture inside. Smooth out the top, cool to room temperature and then chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Trim the edges and cut into squares. Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
