Saizeriya Chicken Wings Copycat Recipe
Learn how to make Saizeriya's most loved dish in your own kitchen! Karami chicken is made with juicy marinated chicken wingettes and fried to perfection with a light and crispy batter. So addictive and so easy to make!
what you'll need:
» chicken wingettes
» white wine
» chili bean sauce
» rice vinegar
» oyster sauce
» garlic paste
» cake flour
Add white wine, ketchup, chili bean sauce, rice vinegar, salt, oyster sauce, garlic paste and sugar to a container and mix until combined.
Place the wingettes in the container and coat with the marinade. Rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Start heating the oil to 160°C (320°F). While you wait, take the container from the fridge and add flour and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly to make a thick batter.
Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
Increase the heat to 190°C (374°F) and fry for 1 minute on each side.
Transfer to a wire rack to drain the excess oil and rest for a few minutes.
