what you'll need:

Fry eggs

Heat a wok on high and melt lard. Add eggs and fry until it reaches a runny scrambled egg consistency.

Add rice

Add pre-cooked and cooled rice, and stir fry together until the eggs are cooked through.

Add meat & veg

Add the pork, fish cake (kamaboko) and green onions. Stir fry until warmed through.

Season

Season with leftover chashu marinade, salt, white pepper and Chinese chicken bouillon powder. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

Serve

Pack into a ladle (or bowl) and flip onto a plate. Garnish with red pickled ginger (benishoga) and serve. Enjoy!
