what you'll need:

» thinly sliced pork belly » flour » sesame oil » garlic » ginger » onion » oyster sauce » kimchi (napa cabbage type) » tsuyu sauce or soy sauce » garlic chives

Prepare pork

Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper and coat with a thin layer of flour. Preheat a wok on a medium heat.

Fry garlic & ginger

Once hot, add a drizzle of sesame oil along with finely chopped garlic and ginger. Fry until fragrant.

Seal pork

Add the pork and fry until sealed and the fat is slightly crispy.

Soften onions

Add the onions and fry until slightly softened.

Add kimchi

Add the kimchi and oyster sauce, and mix.

Season

Add sugar and tsuyu sauce (or soy sauce) and continue to stir-fry until the kimchi is warmed through.

Add garlic chives

Add the chopped garlic chives and stir-fry for 1 more minute before removing the wok from the heat.

Serve

Transfer to a serving plate and top with chopped green onion, sesame seeds and dry chili (optional). Enjoy!
