what you'll need:

» Tare: Water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chicken bouillon powder, lard, garlic paste and light brown sugar. » Ramen Noodles » Toppings: Green onions, sesame seeds, black pepper, chashu, ramen eggs, bamboo shoots, narutomaki, nori » Finishing touches: Rice vinegar & chili oil

Make Tare

Pour the tare ingredients into a heatproof serving bowl, mix well, cover and set aside for later.

Prepare toppings

Mix the chopped green onions with ground sesame seeds & pepper. Slice all your toppings in preparation.

Cook noodles

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Boil the noodles for the time stated on the packaging.

Heat the Tare

When the noodles have 1 minute left, microwave the bowls of tare for 1 minute at 600W.

Assemble

Drain the noodles, rinse with hot water and shake to remove excess liquid. Place them in the bowl on top of the tare.

Add toppings

Arrange your choice of toppings over the noodles. Mix well before eating and add rice vinegar and chili oil to taste. Enjoy!
