Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Start with a medium size frying pan and add the sesame seeds.

- Take the sesame seeds off the heat and leave to cool for a few minutes.
- Add the sesame seeds to a mortar and pestle and grind until you have a fine powder. (You can also use a food processor or coffee grinder if you're making a larger batch.)
